Listen To New Radio Ad “For What’s Right

Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. — Today, Patrick Murphy released his first campaign ad of the 2016 election, a statewide radio ad titled “For What’s Right,” featuring President Barack Obama.

Both President Obama and Vice President Biden endorsed Patrick for Senate this March, and have joined him on the campaign trail to meet with Florida voters and share why Patrick is fighting for what’s right for Florida families.

“I’m proud that President Obama is standing with me and sharing with Floridians why he supports our campaign for U.S. Senate,” said Rep. Murphy. “Together, we have fought for our shared progressive values that matter most to Florida families. From reforming our criminal justice system and protecting Social Security and Medicare for our seniors, to raising the minimum wage for hardworking Floridians, I’m proud to stand with President Obama and will continue fighting with him for what’s right for Florida.”

President Barack Obama:

This is Barack Obama.

I’m asking you to join me in supporting Democrat Patrick Murphy for U.S. Senate on Tuesday, August 30th.

In Congress, I could always count on Patrick to have my back. He’s been there for me when I needed him.

Patrick is a strong progressive, standing up to the Tea Party Obstructionists who’ve tried to turn back the clock on our progress.

Patrick’s fought to protect Social Security and Medicare. And the right to affordable healthcare, while working to keep our families safe from gun violence.

And, working to reform our criminal justice system.

Now I need Patrick Murphy in the Senate – to create good paying jobs, make sure corporations pay their fair share, and grow an economy that works for all of us – with equal pay for equal work.

So on Tuesday, August 30th, please vote for Patrick Murphy for Senate.

Patrick Murphy:

I’m Patrick Murphy, I’m running for Senate and I approve this message. Paid for by the DSCC.
